Bill Walker joined McLeod & Company as an associate in October 1990 and became a Partner in February 1994. His practice is in the area of securities and corporate/commercial law. This includes capital pool companies, initial public offerings, take-over-bids, mergers and acquisitions, public and private debt and equity offerings, stock exchange listing matters, regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. Mr. Walker’s corporate law experience also includes matters relating to share purchase and sale agreements and shareholder agreements. Bill Walker graduated from the University of Calgary Law School in 1987 after first completing degrees in biology (1977), microbiology (1980), and environmental design (1983). He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1988.
