Mr. Hutton has a degree in Business Adminisration and experience as a Petroleum Landman with a major oil and gas producer in Western Canada.
He then attended Law School at the University of Western Ontario, and was later admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1992.
Neil Hutton is a business lawyer and provides legal advice to small and medium sized businesses in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities law. This includes mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, corporate structuring, stock exchange listings, secured transactions, employment and shareholder agreements, business contracts, partnerships, joint ventures and intellectual property matters.
Mr. Hutton joined McLeod & Company in 1994 and became a Partner with the firm in 1999.
