Shelley was called to the Alberta Bar in 2003 after obtaining her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Calgary. Previously, Shelley obtained a degree in Political Science (Honours) from Portland State University in 1998.
Shelley’s previous career was as a medical laboratory technician in a busy trauma facility in the United States.
