Linda grew up in a ranching family in southern Alberta before attending the University of Calgary, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. She worked in the cattle industry for a number of years before returning to the University of Calgary where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2004. Joining McLeod & Company as an articling student, she was called to the Alberta Bar in 2005 and remains as an Associate in the Wills and Estates Department.
Linda is an avid outdoor person and maintains close ties with her family’s ranching business.

Member of Executive of the Canadian Bar Association Wills & Trusts Section.
Volunteer with Leave a Legacy, Student Legal Assistance, and University of Calgary Mooting and Debating society.
