Mr. Polley with a bachelor of Laws with Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 1977 was called to the bar in Alberta in 1978 and has been in private practice in Calgary since then. Mr Polley undertook a general litigation practice for many years but his preferred area of practice for the last several years has been real estate related, with emphasis on condominium matters, including development, financing, conveyancing, condominium governance, and judicial applications and litigation relating to condominium issues specifically and real estate issues generally. While his litigation practice is now limited, Mr. Polley has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta as counsel and has been qualified and have testified as an expert in condominium matters before a regulatory authority.
