Sanjay's practice includes advising companies on listing and continuous disclosure requirements on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. He also advises public and private companies on takeovers, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate financing transactions.
Sanjay graduated with combined MBA and LLB degrees from the University of Calgary in 2004 and holds a MA (With Distinction) in Diplomatic Studies from the Diplomatic Academy of London at the University of Westminster in the United Kingdom.
Professional and Community Activities
Sanjay is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators. He has a strong interest in corporate governance and corporate social responsibility completing graduate research on the best practices of the top 30 multinational corporations. Sanjay is an active member of Life Connection Church Calgary and is a volunteer and supporter of Inn from the Cold that provides housing for homeless families in Calgary and the Servants Anonymous Foundation that combats trafficking and sexual exploitation of women and children around the world.
