Jamie Stewart was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1991 and the British Columbia Bar in 1997. His first degree was a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Wales, followed by a Masters of Laws with honours from Cambridge University, England. Mr. Stewart’s main focus has been all aspects of commercial real estate and development, including large residential developments, commercial property and advising foreign investors. Since 1997 Mr. Stewart has handled the conveyance of British Columbia resort and recreational properties for both sales and purchases on behalf of Alberta residents. He also represents developers in the acquisition and development of B.C. resort land. Mr. Stewart has a special interest in representing all the real estate needs of builders of large-project new single family and multi-family residential developments.
