Overview:
David Cumming is an associate in the Condominium and Litigation groups of McLeod Law. He practices in general litigation including the areas of condominium, employment, commercial litigation, real property construction and trademark litigation.
In his condominium legal practice, David advises and represents condominium corporations, homeowner associations and their respective boards of directors, property managers, owners and developers. These matters include developer deficiencies, governance issues, bylaw enforcement to human rights issues.
David has extensive experience in all areas of litigation and dispute resolution, including judicial dispute resolution, mediation, questioning, court appearances and trials. He delivers effective and practical solutions for clients given the context of their distinct priorities and circumstances.
