  • Be available to you.  We will answer your telephone calls and reply to your emails.  If you leave a message, we will contact you within six business hours.  We also understand there are circumstances that require urgent attention and we will ensure that you get it.
  • Provide value to you.  We will discuss our fees with you in advance to ensure that you have an understanding of the anticipated cost to achieve your goals.  If circumstances change during the course of your file, we will discuss the impact of those changes upon the fees that you will be charged.
  • Communicate with you.  We understand that your legal affairs are important to you, and that you want to know what is going on with your file.  We will proactively communicate with you so that you always feel you are informed.
