Background

The plaintiff sustained a concussion, soft tissue injuries to her neck and back, and an injury to her jaw. She had a pre-existing history of chiropractic treatments for years before the collision. Jackie successfully argued that the collision aggravated her pre-existing condition, and made her that much worse.
