We are pleased to welcome Brian Rogers, Q.C. as Counsel, and Daniel MacAulay and Jake Plotsky as Associates to our Corporate | Commercial and Real Estate Groups.

One of the most well-respected practitioners in Alberta, Brian brings extensive experience in corporate and real estate transactions, and development projects as legal counsel and lead negotiator. Brian’s broad range of expertise includes land development of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects, acquisitions and dispositions, financing of leasehold, condominium and infrastructure projects. Brian has also acted as counsel in regard to the purchase and sale of various businesses by way of various ownership structures including co-ownership arrangements, joint ventures and limited partnerships. 

Brian has represented clients in many capacities, both as their lead negotiator and as their legal counsel, including negotiations for, and on behalf of the Province of Alberta.  

Brian, Daniel and Jake practice in all aspects of commercial transactions and real estate law on matters ranging from development, financing and leasing, purchase and sale. They work with business owners, property developers, lenders and borrowers, landlords and tenants. As well, Jake's practice includes Wills & Estates.
