Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation Presentation to the CHBA

Robert Fooks and David LeBoeuf present on Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”) to members of the Canadian Home Builders' Association, Calgary Region (CHBA). This new legislation prohibits associations and businesses from sending unsolicited commercial electronic messages without 'express' or 'implied' consent.
