The Alberta Government is modernizing how organizations meet with Bill 53, allowing businesses, non-profits, societies, cooperatives and condominium corporations to have the ability to meet and vote online.

This new Legislation allows for Virtual Meetings for your Condominium Corporation and is retroactive to August 15, 2020 to protect those of you who held a General Meeting since then, and ensures that the business you conducted at that meeting was valid.
