Austin Paladeau successfully represented a young man who suffered life-altering injuries in a highway motor vehicle accident in 2016. The plaintiff was stopped for traffic on the Trans Canada Highway when his vehicle was hit by an out-of-control logging truck. He was left with numerous injuries and an uncertain future. At trial, he was awarded $834,631 in damages, including over $500,000 for his income losses.
