Laurie Kiedrowski will present to Realtors at the 2017 CREB Forecast Conference on recent condominium case law. In the presentation "Condo case law: What you don't know can hurt you!", Laurie will explain financial risks involved in owning and selling condominiums and how to minimize them. She will also provide advice on the AREA condominium resale purchase contracts and insurance matters.
