She comments on this unfortunate situation, “Whenever we find [condominium] corporations in situations like this, our advice is always to be open and honest and to disclose to the owners as much information as they can, so that nothing comes as a surprise and so the owners don’t feel like the wool is being pulled over their eyes. It’s important that the owners understand how the corporation got to this place and what needs to be done to remedy it.”
