Austin Paladeau joins the McLeod Law Partnership in 2020. He is a valued member of our firm and our Personal Injury group. Austin articled with us and is a true team player with tremendous empathy for the challenges and pain that his clients face.

Austin is an advocate for people injured in accidents—in court and through other means of dispute resolution. He was co-counsel in the precedent-setting Jones v. Stepanenko case where he and Simon Muller went to trial to help the injured plaintiff get the compensation she deserved. It is an important case because it deals with the law relating to the Minor Injury Regulations, and about valuing damages when chronic pain arises from motor vehicle injuries.
