Madison Hass

Madison is the Director of Legal Talent at McLeod Law, providing strategic leadership for the firm’s legal talent initiatives. Working closely with firm leadership, practice group leaders, and other firm professionals, she oversees the recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, advancement and retention of the firm’s lawyers and students.

Madison brings a diverse perspective shaped by her experience in practice, legal research, knowledge management, and professional resources. She has trained legal professionals on legal research software and methodology, supported lawyers through strategic knowledge initiatives, and partnered with firm leadership to advance talent development. She is most passionate about fostering the development and success of students and associates.
