We are pleased to announce the appointment of Randy Mitchell to the McLeod Law partnership. Randy's journey with our firm began as an articling student, and over the years, he has become an integral and valued member of our firm and our Litigation & Dispute Resolution group.   

Randy's practice extends across various facets of litigation, where he has consistently demonstrated exceptional skill and dedication. He has acted for businesses and individuals in employment disputes, shareholder disputes, various loan enforcement and collection matters, and urban and rural lease and property disputes.  

Beyond his professional achievements, Randy is actively involved in promoting access to justice. Randy coordinates McLeod Law’s legal clinic hosted in partnership with the Alex Community Health Centre. Randy volunteers with Pro Bono Law Alberta in both the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Program and the King’s Bench Amicus Program. He is also a member of the Board of Legal Aid Alberta, further underscoring his commitment to positively impacting the legal community.
