At McLeod Law, Daniel’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate. He acts for buyers, sellers, developers, and financial institutions in the purchase, sale, financing, and development of properties across Alberta.
Daniel has extensive experience with deal structuring, drafting, negotiation, conveyancing, and leasing, providing practical and timely advice throughout every stage of a real estate transaction. His clients include homeowners, builders, lenders, business owners, landlords and tenants, involved in both single and multi-family developments, as well as retail and commercial projects. While Daniel’s background includes work in corporate and commercial law, his current practice is concentrated in real estate transactions and property development—closely aligned with McLeod Law’s Real Estate and Condominium teams.
