Jennifer is a tax lawyer who provides strategic advice on complex corporate and international tax matters. She advises clients on cross-border expansion, acquisitions and divestitures, post-acquisition integrations, corporate reorganizations, debt restructuring, financings, and Indigenous taxation issues. 

Prior to joining McLeod Law, Jennifer worked as senior tax counsel at a national law firm and as an international tax partner at a national accounting firm. She works with clients across a wide range of industries, including infrastructure, oil and gas, mining, real estate, and technology. In addition to her client work, Jennifer frequently writes and speaks on Canadian corporate and international tax topics.
