My role is to help clients feel seen, supported, and empowered—whether that’s through practical resolution or strong advocacy in Court.

Khalid Dhalla is an associate in McLeod Law’s Family Law group. He maintains a broad practice with a focus on high-conflict parenting disputes, child and spousal support, family property matters, and emergency protection orders. Khalid brings a practical, client-focused approach to resolving complex issues while remaining a strong advocate in court when needed.

Before joining McLeod Law, Khalid practiced at a boutique Calgary firm, where he represented clients before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal of Alberta.

Khalid holds a law degree from Queen Mary University of London and a business degree from the University of Illinois, where he graduated on an academic and athletic scholarship.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, cycling, and golf.
