Associate
Lucy is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. Her practice encompasses a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
She represents individuals and businesses in a variety of matters, including contractual and corporate disputes, employment matters, construction disputes, debt recovery and collections, and property disputes. In addition, Lucy maintains a condominium law practice, representing condominium corporations, boards, and property managers, including in proceedings before the Condominium Dispute Resolution Tribunal.
Her advocacy experience spans all levels of court in Alberta, including the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal. Her approach is practical and client-focused, with an emphasis on clear advice, realistic options, and efficient resolution.
Raised on her family’s farm, Lucy went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mount Royal University before completing law school at the University of Calgary. During law school, she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada.
Outside the office, she enjoys skiing, hiking, travelling, and spending time with her miniature dachshund.
