When life takes an unexpected turn, I will help you find the way forward.

As a litigator, Kristy works with clients facing some of life’s most challenging transitions—after injury, during separation, or in the midst of prolonged conflict.

In personal injury matters, Kristy advocates for individuals whose lives have been disrupted through no fault of their own. With a strong background in neuroscience and health law, she is well-equipped to engage with complex medical issues, but her priority is always the person, not just the paperwork.

In family law, Kristy guides clients through emotionally difficult transitions with a focus on informed decision-making and long-term solutions.

Kristy aims for creative, durable resolutions that reflect what matters to her client.

Kristy is recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada for work in Personal Injury Litigation.
