Matthew's primary focus is on Employment Law, which extends to:
- Advising employers on terminations, policy and contract drafting, human rights, employment standards and day-to-day HR matters; and
- Conducting employment related litigation.
However, his clients include employees, employers, condominium corporations, and other individuals and businesses. Importantly, Matthew has experience with proceeding in the Alberta Human Rights Commission. Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Appeal.
