National Access Cannabis Acquires The Green Company Ltd.
The Green Company has secured high quality retail locations while developing name recognition in the marketplace under the “NewLeaf” brand.

They continue to evaluate locations with their strategic partnership with The Second Cup Ltd. and apply for retail cannabis licenses across Western Canada to operate retail cannabis stores under the “Meta Cannabis Supply Co.” brand.
Neil Hutton assisted The Green Company Ltd. in their acquisition by National Access Cannabis (NAC) for all outstanding shares of the company. The Acquisition allows NAC to increase its retail presence and offer a second brand choice for cannabis customers, beyond the “Meta Cannabis Supply Co.” brand and retail footprint planned for Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.
The acquisition involved the purchase of all shares of The Green Company Ltd. ("NewLeaf") not already owned by NAC for $23,582,000 shares in escrow and $5,895,500 cash pursuant to the terms of an option agreement between NAC, NewLeaf and all of the shareholders of NewLeaf.
The NAC Board of Directors also appointed Marc Lustig as Chairman. His advice and counsel have contributed to the Company's continued success and growth. Mr. Lustig has been a successful cannabis entrepreneur as the Founder of CannaRoyalty Corp.
