McLeod Law acted and advised for Eagle Royalties Ltd. ("Eagle Royalties") (CSE: ER) in the successful completion of a sale transaction of 12 uranium royalties for CAD$3.75 million. As part of the transaction, Eagle Royalties entered into a binding royalty purchase/sale agreement with a British Columbia based private company, Royal Uranium Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, 1485568 B.C. Ltd.
