Kimberley has over 25 years of litigation experience and focuses her practice on serious personal injury claims and medical malpractice. She has many years of experience working for insurance companies which include insurance litigation and property loss litigation (Flood, Fire, Hail) and uses her skills to advocate for individuals making claims for injury. She is experienced with all injury claims including traumatic brain injuries, fatalities, catastrophic injuries, and medical negligence. She has conducted trials at the Court of King’s Bench and appeared before the Alberta Court of Appeal.
