Phil has over 37 years of experience practicing general litigation. He was first admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1981 and to the Alberta Bar in 1988. Phil operates primarily in the areas of corporate and contracts litigation, securities litigation, insolvency and restructuring, professional negligence litigation, directors and officer’s liability and protection, real property and municipal law litigation.

Phil is a speaker and guest lecturer at workshops and seminars on the areas of directors’ and officers’ liability/ protection and corporate insolvency.  He is reasonably fluent in Spanish.
